vokati.com is a digital platform (Job Board & Edutech) operated by PT Vokati Teknologi Indonesia.
Users understand that the platform is not an Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company. It functions as a technology provider connecting users with LPK Partners (Licensed Job Training Institutions) and P3MI Partners (official placement companies with SIP3MI licenses).
All overseas job placement processes must be conducted through official government systems (SISKOP2MI) under the coordination of our P3MI Partners.
The assessment measures initial competency to support job mapping and selection. Test scores may be shared with P3MI Partners or overseas employers during recruitment.
LPK Partners conduct training programs while Vokati manages registration, learning systems, and digital platforms.
Participants are required to complete all assessments and training honestly. Any form of fraud or misconduct may result in immediate disqualification without any refund.
Payments are fees for training services, learning materials, and competency assessments.
All training fees are final and non-refundable. No refunds apply if users fail training, assessments, or job interviews.
Users receive a full refund of training fees only if they successfully complete all training stages, pass standardized examinations, and receive a valid employment contract ready for P3MI deployment. Refunds do not apply if users fail German language examinations or voluntarily withdraw.
Registration or platform administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Personal identification, academic documents, CVs, and English Assessment results are collected.

Personal data is protected and will not be sold or distributed to third parties outside the employment ecosystem.
Users acknowledge that Vokati operates as a job preparation and training platform, that refund policies vary by program, that all provided data is accurate, and that employers and P3MI Partners determine final placement decisions.
