2. Not a P3MI

Users acknowledge and understand that vokati.com is NOT an Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI).

We act solely as a technology provider that connects users with:

• LPK Partners: Licensed Job Training Institutions (for skills and competency training).
• P3MI Partners: Official and licensed placement companies holding SIP3MI licenses (for overseas employment placement and departure processes).

3. Regulatory Compliance

All overseas job placement processes must be conducted through official government systems (SISKOP2MI) under the coordination of our P3MI Partners.

1. English Assessment Test

The English Assessment Test serves as an initial competency measurement to support job mapping and selection.

Test scores may be shared with P3MI Partners or overseas employers as part of the recruitment and selection process.

2. Skills & Competency Training

Training programs are conducted by LPK Partners. vokati.com manages registration, learning systems, and digital platforms.

3. Integrity & Honesty

Participants are required to complete all assessments and training honestly.

Any form of fraud or misconduct may result in immediate disqualification without any refund.

1. Fee Status

All payments made through vokati.com are fees for training services, learning materials, and competency assessments.

2. General Refund Policy (Non-Germany Programs)

• All training fees are final and non-refundable.
• If a user fails the training, assessment, or job interview selection, no refund shall be granted.

3. Special Policy for Germany Program (Cashback Scheme)

Exclusively for the Germany Program, users are eligible for a Full Refund of training fees if:

• The user successfully passes all required training stages and standardized examinations.
• The user has received a valid employment contract and is ready for deployment through a P3MI Partner.

Refunds do not apply if the user fails German language examinations or voluntarily withdraws during the process.

4. Administrative Fees

Registration or platform administrative fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

We collect personal identification data (National ID), academic documents, CVs, and English Assessment results.

2. Data Sharing

By using our platform, you consent to vokati.com sharing your data with LPK Partners and P3MI Partners strictly for career placement and training purposes.

3. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your personal data and will not sell or distribute it to third parties outside the vokati.com employment ecosystem.

• I understand that vokati.com is a job preparation and training platform, not an illegal or non-procedural labor placement entity.
• I understand that refund policies differ between the Germany Program and other programs.
• I guarantee that all data I provide is accurate and authentic.
• I acknowledge that final job placement decisions are fully determined by employers and P3MI Partners.
